Return Policy

Southern Jubilee glasses are unique and are specifically made to have slight variations in both the glass and the pewter motifs. Each glass is made to order. Due to the unique artistic nature of Southern Jubilee glasses all sales are final. Damaged packages due to fault of the shipping carrier can be claimed with us.

Please inspect each glass carefully for damages upon arrival. Photos of damaged glass and a written request for return or replacement must be submitted within 3 days of receipt. Do not return any glass before submitting a request.  Southern Jubilee will review the return request and submit a response within 48 hours. If a return is authorized Southern Jubilee must receive the returned product within 15 days otherwise the request will be voided.

Any item damaged during shipping must be reported upon delivery. Keep original packaging and the damaged item until a claim has been submitted. Southern Jubilee glass is NOT microwave or dishwasher safe. Hand wash only. Southern Jubilee is not made for hot beverage use.
